1. Adjustments After Purchase

  • Adjustments to items are only permitted immediately after purchase in the store, at the customer’s request and with the approval of the specialists indicated.
  • Adjustments are made with the aim of reducing the size of the item to the previous smallest size, reducing the length or width (if applicable).
  • Taibo Bacar recognizes the possibility of specific adjustments that may be approved after due analysis of the item and the requested change by the specialist indicated.
  • Taibo Bacar allows an exception of 7 (seven) days after purchase for the customer to request a specific adjustment in cases where the item(s) have been gifted, provided that the item(s) have their label intact and have not been used.
  • Used items may not be adjusted.

2. Repair

The stores offer a range of repair services, from repairing loose seams to replacing broken metal, zippers, buttons on clothing and accessories, if you comply with the maximum time stipulated for assistance (7 days after purchase).

Note: TAIBO BACAR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM MISUSE OF ITEMS.

The decision to repair an item is influenced by factors such as the extent of the damage and the availability of parts. It is at the seller’s discretion to identify whether it is a manufacturing error or wear and tear, and Taibo Bacar cannot be held responsible for the latter.

The store specialist will assess the extent of the damage and determine the procedures necessary to restore your item.

In extreme cases, Taibo Bacar may refuse the repair if the item shows extensive damage or if the repair alters the integrity of its design.

3. Repair Specifications

  • Clothes:
    • Replacing buttons and zippers.
    • Repairing loose seams.
    • Repairing broken or loose metal.
  • Accessories (shoes and bags):
    • Repairing damaged metals.
    • Repair of manufacturing defects (under analysis).

It will not be permitted to request the repair of an item that has already been repaired.

With this policy, Taibo Bacar intends to convey the brand’s values of excellence in service, to maintain an exceptional relationship in accordance with the highest codes of etiquette, to guarantee the customer’s well-being and satisfaction with the products and services offered.

The repair time will be set by the specialist after assessing the work to be done. After the repair, the customer has a maximum of 7 days to collect their item.
