  • Domestic orders will take an estimated 2 to 3 days.

  • Domestic shipping is free for Maputo and Matola, and for the rest of Mozambique it is a flat rate of 2500 MT.
  • Costs for international shipping are automatically calculated using live rates supplied by DHL at the time of purchasing.

 

  1. DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES/DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGS?
  • Please note that clients may also be subject to pay Taxes, depending on the Law of the Country products are being delivered.

 

  1. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
  • For order shipped via DHL, you will receive a tracking number in the order confirmation email and a link to track the status of your order.
  • Unfortunately, domestic shipping cannot be tracked at the present.

 

  1. I HAVENT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
  • Should you not receive your package, please contact our team at [email protected] to assist you in locating your order.

  1. CAN I RETURN AND EXCHANGE AN ITEM I BOUGHT FROM A STORE TO YOU?
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and exchanges of items purchased from stores.
